THE PARSONS PROJECT

2023 Overview

After wintering in Arizona plans are to head to Alberta and then drive across Canada to Nova Scotia. There we will visit with friends and then meet up with Fran's brother, sister-in-law & friends to explore NS and PEI for 3 weeks in Aug/Sept. After that, broad plans are to drive down the east coast to Florida and then across the Gulf of Mexico coast. We will winter in southern Texas to see how that feels compared to Arizona. We have nothing booked as we like to "wing-it"...I'm sure it will be an adventure.

January to May

Arizona - spent time on BLM land in Parker, Quartzsite, Sierra Vista, Tucson, Ajo and the majority of time on State Trust Land just north of Peoria.

June

June - Headed to Alberta to visit family and then driving across Canada, stopping in Saskatchewan, Manitoba & Ontario

July

July - More Ontario stops, onto Quebec with a tour around the Gaspe Peninsula.

August

August - New Brunswick & Nova Scotia

September

September - Nova Scotia & Prince Edward Island

October

October - time to leave Nova Scotia in the hunt for warmer weather. We explored a bit of Maine, Connecticut, West Point, Philadelphia, Virginia, North Carolina (yeah, we found warm weather!), South Carolina & ended the month in Georgia.

November

November - is a little bit more of Savannah, GA and then we are heading to Florida for the month. Florida is filling up fast with the arrival of snowbirds and as there is no boondocking we did book ahead, staying in RV Parks until after Thanksgiving. We will be in the Everglades just west of Miami for Thanksgiving. After that we are headed back north along the Gulf Coast.

December

December - We have decided to head back to Arizona to spend the holidays with the boys and to visit friends...really looking forward to that! Next year, we will head back to Texas and the Rio Grande Valley to see that area.
